Are You Interested in Becoming a Perpetual Member?

You can easily become one! Simply pay 21 times the amount of your Lodge dues, and you’ll never have to pay dues again for the rest of your life! Furthermore, your Lodge will continue to receive your annual dues indefinitely, even after you’re gone. There’s no better legacy you could leave to your Lodge than this gift, ensuring a steady income from your dues for all time.

The only exceptions are as follows:

If you transfer your membership to another Lodge in Georgia, your Perpetual Membership will move with you. However, if you affiliate with a Lodge outside of Georgia, your Perpetual Membership will remain with the original Georgia Lodge. Should you later return to Georgia and join a local Lodge, your membership will be transferred to that Lodge.

This arrangement also benefits the Grand Lodge of Georgia, as the current per capita fees in effect at the time you become a perpetual member will continue to support its operations.

Don’t Have the Funds Right Now?

No worries! You can start by paying $200 down, and then pay the remaining balance in any manner you choose over a three-year period. Just keep in mind that: (1) the balance must be settled within that three-year timeframe, and (2) annual payments are required. Until your balance is fully paid, you will still need to pay your annual dues to your Lodge. However, while you’re on your approved payment plan, your perpetual membership will not be subject to any increases in dues from your Lodge or changes in per capita fees from the Grand Lodge.

How Do I Get Started?

To begin, fill out the application, attach your check, and submit it to the Secretary of your Lodge. They will finalize the form and forward it to the Grand Secretary. Soon, you’ll receive a beautiful certificate, and even more importantly, your Lodge will receive an annual check from the perpetual trust—now and forever!
